We stick to exercises that recruit the most muscle over the longest effective range. We do NOT select wacky exercises you see on Instagram that might look cool but don't really work. Basic human movement patterns such as the Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Press, Chin-up, & Dip are our main lifts. There is a reason these moves have been around forever--they work!
The bulk of our programming follows a simple linear progression: increasing load every single workout. This method ensures that we will apply the appropriate amount of STRESS to our body. Next we focus just as hard on RECOVERY (quality sleep + adequate protein) as we do training. This creates a strength ADAPTION in the body. The result? You get as strong as possible in the shortest amount of time.
This ain't no YMCA "Group Fitness" class. Each semi-private group session features 1-2 strength coaches and up to 10 other like-minded individuals. By keeping the class size under 10 people this ensures that there is enough equipment for everybody and that a coach can provide real-time feedback on your lifts to ensure safe & effective technique.
